自製曲奇實錄

那天在Vicky家中大約消磨了四個小時,做了大約六十塊曲奇,有朱古力味及牛油味。

曲奇的口感不十分滿意,朱古力味的較硬,而牛油味的卻不夠脆。味道方面,朱古力味的有點苦,可能是因為下多了雲呢拿味的香料,牛油味那種的味道就不錯。

總括來說,做曲奇也幾好玩,當然也不能常做的,但可當放假時的消閒活動也不錯。已叫了朋友下次可一起試做其它甜品。:p

Good photos. next time, let me think think what to make. maybe we can bake again in the second week of May after my Japan trip.
