蛋糕製作

今天本來打算往朋友家一起製作蛋糕及曲奇,但由於時間不足,只能製作蛋糕。食譜是貝殼蛋糕,我們用了幾種模,以下是其中一部份的製成品,我覺得味道可以再濃一點,尤其是朱古力味,不過我想也應該算是合格呢…

順帶一提 ,原來弄蛋糕,糖的份量是那麼多,我問了我朋友數次份量是否正確。:x

下次再玩 ^_^

其實仲有兩隻熊頭樣的…不過呢隻最cute…

味道都可以, 我媽媽昨晚食話不太甜, 0岩佢口味, 不過佢話質感似中式蛋糕..不過貝殼蛋糕本身係實身少少的…同埋我媽話咬了隻耳仔好似好殘忍 XD

我諗佢0地expect係鬆軟d, 但我覺得呢隻蛋糕唔係鬆軟type, 我爸爸話唔夠味, 但媽媽話味道0岩佢, 係偏淡的
