將會今個星期天去試堂，打算以瑜伽作為定期的運動，因為壁球太倚重右邊了，用左手打不是不行，但很不如意及盡興，而做瑜伽較全面，也可以令肌肉及筋骨好好的伸展一下﹝當然我會慢慢來的了﹞。打算逢星期日做一次，平日也希望做到兩次。
希望我的如意算盤能夠打得響。:p

They won’t press me to join the expensive package. As the package is cheap. Only HKD3,888.00 for 12 months. That is HKD324.00 per month and I can go there every day after work. Also, I think it’s less people than Fitness First.
